Our fully equipped weights room is the place to get fit, lose weight, gain strength, build muscle or achieve any other goal you want to.  The trained staff will guide you through a program designed to especially meet your personal needs.  They will assess where you are at, and plan a program to get you where you want to be.  Come in and see our friendly staff who will book you in for an appointment.  Various price options available including direct debits fortnightly.  THE most affordable gym on the coast.
